IT Project Manager - Payroll Implementation, Hybrid

This is a salaried full time 2-year term engagement with benefits and could potentially become a permanent position. This is a hybrid role, 2-3 days/week on site in Wolfville. Candidates must be based in and legally eligible to work for any employer in Canada. 2 Managerial references and criminal background check required; credit, education, and employment verification may be required.

Responsibilities
The successful IT Project Manager candidate will have at least 5 years' experience leading IT projects as a Project Manager; the ideal candidate will have experience leading payroll and IAM systems implementations as well as Data Management systems development projects.

Leading projects as a PM - 5Y+
Managing budgets - 5Y+
Planning and organization - 5Y+
Strong written and spoken communication skills - 5Y+
Strong interpersonal skills - 5Y+
Bachelor's Degree - 3-4Y+

Nice-to-have Qualifications:
Payroll implementation experience - 2-3Y+
Data Management System Development - 2-3Y+
IAM System implementation - 1-2Y+
Project management training and certification - 2-3Y+
