Responsibilities
Administrative Support:
Including handling correspondence, addressing concerns, and aiding team members, accounts payable and receivable.
Ensure timely and accurate billing and follow up on outstanding payments.
Provide administrative support to the Budget and Project teams
Maintain and organize IT documentation
Help and support new staff with IT hardware.
Liaise with vendors for procurement of IT equipment, software, hardware, and services, ensuring timely delivery and installation.
Qualifications
Experience in IT Administration, invoicing, procurement, reporting, and accounts receivable and payable.
Experienced working under time pressures and able to manage simultaneous priorities, pressures, and deadlines.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, excellent communication skills, problem solving skills and attention to detail.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
