Our client is looking for an invoicing coordinator for a 1 to 3 month contract. The ideal contact will have 1-2 years of relevant experience and will have worked directly in SAP ( minimal training on the software will be provided), and have good knowledge of excel. Tasks include invoice processing, cash applications, ensuring the data accuracy in the systems.

Responsibilities

- Process customer invoices
-Enter all data into the system
-Ensure the accuracy of all numbers in the system ( prices / rebates )
-Ensure conformity of all invoices
-Make sure everything follows retail standards
-Help with cash applications (EFT / wires / cheques )
-All other ad hoc tasks that support the entire team
Qualifications
Qualifications:
- 1-2 years of relevant experience in accounting
- Experience with SAP software (required)
- Excellent communication skills in English and French
- Must be highly adaptable – minimal training provided
- Must be comfortable working with Excel
