Responsibilities
-Warehouse Relationship Management
-Responsible for maintaining/developing expected standards related to the warehouse
-Handle any discrepancies between delivery DCs and warehouse
-Tracking and obtaining proper paperwork
-Schedule regular conference calls with warehouses to maintain relationships alongside Logistics Manager
-Renegotiation during program of any charges alongside Logistics Manager and Director of Operations
-Primary contact for negotiation of rates with warehouses and truckers for VMI programs (alongside Dir of Op.)
-Both confirmed and potential programs
-Outbound order management
-Responsible for outbound orders from warehouses to customer for VMI programs
-Checking BOLs to make sure nothing shorted
-Attaching required docs to SO
-Using warehouse online platforms as necessary
-Responsible for meeting customer KPIs on all outbound shipments
-Work closely with CSR to maintain retail delivery standards
-Following up on delivery and pickup appointments
-Notifying CSR of problems with deliveries/pickups
-Inbound order coordination
-Sending Advanced Shipping Notice of what to expect/receive in upcoming weeks for all programs
-Experience dealing with retail organization and coordination
-Inventory management
-Tracking inventory issues and recording warehouse performance
-Act as liaison between Accounting, Logistics and CSR regarding inventory issues/discrepancies
-Communication with Retail CSR/AccMan to decide if we accept debits or bill backs for discrepancies
Qualifications
Requirements
MUST be fluent in English (written/spoken)
Great communicator in person and via telephone and email
Problem solver
2-3 years experience in a similar role
Confident
Assertive
Team player as it is a collaborative open environment
Must work well under pressure in a fast paced environment
Ability to prioritize many tasks
Computer skills: Excel-Outlook-Word, prior SAP experience an asset
