In this role, you will proactively track, record and manage incoming Finished Goods Inventory, use computerized and manual tracking system to batch, reconcile and enter data. Identify and initiate actions on process enhancements within all areas of accountability.
In addition, the analyst will research and raise/correct system discrepancies between WMS and SAP.

Responsibilities
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES & ACCOUNTABILITIES:
Accurate and timely update of all incoming inventory within the CSC
Daily, monthly, quarterly, annual reporting of shipment discrepancies resulting in
reimbursement of short shipments
Strong communication between OTC, Allocation and Canadian head office departments to
ensure up to 98% fill rate of orders
Strong understanding of inventory flow to reiterate accuracy issues and take corrective
actions
Accurate, timely and meaningful facility reports assisting in reconciliation of GL vs. FGI
A monthly facility report that assists in Costing of all inventory goods received
Strong communication among peers that works effectively in the changing business needs
and arising inventory issues
Reconcile and enter data in system, perform release adjustments, cycle counts, analyse,
correct, validate and ensure timely update of receipts of the FGI for allocation
Verify accuracy of manual inventory input against system-generated reports and perform
necessary adjustments to reconcile data
Adhere to controls and hold other departments accountable
Compile, maintain, and distribute accuracy report to track and reconcile received FGI/Cycle
variances and shipping discrepancies
Prepare required paperwork for all Reworks requests
Raise & initiate issues surrounding domestic and Overseas contractors
Analyse and modify exception reports to ensure accuracy of FGI
Monthly reconciliation of G/L accounts vs. FGI
Reporting and dashboard monitoring
Qualifications
REQUIREMENTS:
University/College degree with a focus on Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations, or similar
technical area of focus...
3 to 5 years of warehouse operations or logistics operations experience
Strong attention to detail, analytical skills, problem solving abilities and mathematical aptitude
Advanced proficiency with MS Office applications, Manhattan and SAP S/4HANA experience
preferred
Self-starter, demonstrates initiative and commitment
Strong and effective interpersonal communication skills with ability to establish and maintain
co-operative and effective working relationships
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to envision and implement ideas through executed solutions
Ability to organize, coordinate and direct others
Excellent time management skills
Ability to work independently and handle multiple responsibilities in a deadline driven
environment
Overtime may be required
WORKING CONDITIONS:
Ability to work under tight time constraints (rushes for receipts, reworks, etc.)
80% of time on average is in front of a computer
Numerous daily deadlines to quickly resolve issues as they occur:
a) The deadlines are mostly defined by the needs of production.
b) Weekly and monthly report deadlines needed by others within the organization
Lifting or pushing of cartons may be required
20% - 30% of time on average will be spent in warehouse gathering data, analyzing, etc.
throughout the CSC.
Primarily works in a unionized, warehouse environment with exposures to conveyor noise,
power equipment and dust.
Must wear safety shoes and adhere to all Health & Safety practices.
Numerous time constraints exist in order to meet customer requirements and deadlines.
