Responsibilities
• Analyze and gather user requirements to design and implement effective software solutions.
• Facilitate requirements gathering sessions and recommend tailored solutions.
• Coordinate project tasks with clients, vendors, and internal teams to ensure timely delivery.
• Prepare documentation, including design specifications, user requirements, and project artifacts.
• Plan and execute system testing, including preparing test plans and coordinating UAT with clients.
• Oversee releases in non-production and production environments, ensuring smooth transitions.
• Provide expertise and knowledge transfer to other resources and support teams as needed.
Qualifications
Mandatory Qualifications
1. Three (3) years' experience in designing, implementing, performing upgrades, configuring, troubleshooting and documenting software solutions;
2. Three (3) years' experience in Large scale software package application
3. Three (3) years' experience in an analysis role demonstrating the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy; and
4. Three (3) years experience dealing with design considerations, staff impact analysis, and implementation timelines.
Desired Skills
1. Strong customer service skills;
2. Proficient verbal and written communication skills to communicate both internally and externally with personnel at all levels;
3. Proficiency in documenting requirements and other project required artifacts; and
4. Previous work experience in the public sector or large organizations.
5. must have hand on IT analysis or design experience
