We are looking for a highly capable and experienced Insurance Administrator to join a growing team in the Dundas/Waterdown area. In this permanent, full-time opportunity, you will be responsible for working closely with the team to complete administrative responsibilities related to the insurance industry, specifically tasks related to executing life insurance cases including quoting, information gathering and recording, medial booking, application creation, underwriting support, delivery, and preparing compliance documentation. Past experience with all of these responsibilities is required in order to be considered for this application.

- Providing excellent customer service and support with applications and managing client record
- Staying up to date on compliance requirements for insurance
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree and/or similar post secondary education
- 5-10 years of experience in insurance industry with life insurance knowledge
- Completion of LLQP (or similar) is an asset
- Knowledge of Office 365 suite
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Strong attention to detail and capability of working with high volume paperwork
- Exceptional organizational skills, strong communication and interpersonal skills
