Reporting to the Training Manager - OCM, this role will require expertise in instructional design theories and application, workplace learning & development methodologies, and
building e-learning content. This role may require travel to locations in Canada and the USA. That said, virtual meetings for those sites outside of Toronto is a possibility as well.
Your Responsibilities
• Design, develop, and implement role specific e-learning content for the Dayforce HCM system
• Collaborate with the OCM team to align with people readiness evaluations
• Consult with functional leads and subject matter experts to design content that meets project and end-user needs
• Edit, update, and maintain existing library of job aids, reference guides, and support documentation
• Collaborate with OCM Training Team and Group PMO teams to develop instructor-led training program
• Act as back-up for Training Delivery by assisting with scheduling and facilitating training sessions where necessary
