Salary: $50,000 yearly
Duties:
Install HVAC systems according to manufacturer specifications and local codes.
Perform routine maintenance and repairs on existing HVAC units.
Troubleshoot issues with heating and cooling systems to identify necessary repairs.
Read and interpret blueprints and schematics to determine installation requirements.
Collaborate with team members to ensure timely project completion.
Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used.
Adhere to safety protocols while working on-site.
Skills:
Proficiency in plumbing, welding, and mechanical repair techniques.
Strong understanding of HVAC systems, including boilers and appliances.
Ability to build and maintain complex mechanical systems.
Familiarity with reading schematics and technical drawings.
Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with team members and clients.
A proactive approach to learning new technologies and techniques in the HVAC field.
