Responsibilities
Scheduling and coordinating site visits with clients for our field staff over the phone and through e-mail (Inspections team).
Processing work orders.
Collect and update client contact details to maintain accurate records
Providing direct support to the Inspection Department on other administrative tasks (Invoicing, reporting, and data processing)
Qualifications
A minimum of post-secondary education is preferred.
At least 2 years of proven experience in scheduling and administrative support, or a related role.
Proficiency in office tools such as the MS Office Suite (intermediate level of Excel & word); experience using scheduling software is preferred.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build positive relationships with clients and team members.
Knowledge of TSSA
Exceptional organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple priorities effectively.
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
