Responsibilities
-Collaborate with customers to assess their needs and address any service-related issues.
-Offer comprehensive answers and recommendations to prospects, utilizing in-depth knowledge of our product lines.
-Assist customers with paperwork to facilitate sales and ensure transactions run smoothly.
-Stay updated on competitor products to provide accurate comparisons when necessary.
-Maintain and enhance the company's customer database, ensuring all information is accurate and current.
-Understand and apply appropriate pricing policies and procedures.
-Develop and sustain strong relationships with manufacturer representatives.
-Build and nurture ongoing relationships with both existing and potential customers.
Qualifications
-Previous sales experience, particularly in the valves and pumps sector.
