Responsibilities
The Inside Sales Specialist will be responsible for processing customer orders efficiently and accurately and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. This role involves direct interaction with customers, resolving inquiries, and coordinating with various departments to ensure timely delivery of products.
Key Responsibilities:
- strong customer service skills, and be able to effectively connect with clients.
- Keep up - to - date records of customer information - updating information and tracking activity in the CRM database.
- Act as point of contact for clients and handle customer inquiries.
- Be a liaison for customers and other departments.
Qualifications
- 2 + years of customer service or inside sales experience.
- Ambitious with a go getter attitude.
- Ability to pick up the phone and call clients.
- Tech or computer savvy.
- Organization and time management skills.
- Excellent verbal and communication skills.
