Responsibilities
• Handle incoming requests from new and existing customers
• Converting incoming new client requests into sales opportunities, following up on warm leads
• Managing the sales cycle – prospecting, contacting, quoting, order management, etc.
• Handle client issues, supplier requests
• Familiarizing oneself with market conditions, industry and competitor standards
• Maintaining records on potential clients, sales-related activities, appointments, etc.
• Help to grow the company's revenue by providing excellent customer service
Qualifications
• Minimum 2 years of inside sales experience, ideally coming from the stainless steel industry or steel manufacturing
• Hard worker, driven, wants to develop a long term career with a potential to grow within the organization
• Computer savvy, able to use multiple softwares (MS Office)
• Quick learner, adaptable, exceptional communication and presentation skills
• Must have a passion for sales and service
