Are you a self-motivated, driven, tenacious inside sales representative with outstanding people skills? Do you enjoy building relationships? Do you like working in a casual work environment with a family feel? Are you outgoing and enjoy talking to people? Do you have great data entry skills and enjoy administrative sales tasks? Do you have previous experience in the manufacturing or metal/steel industry as an inside sales representative or counter sales representative?
The successful candidate must be legally entitled to work in Canada and be able to pass a criminal background check.

Responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer service via email as well as over the phone
- Building relationships with customers including order entry, returns, credits/adjustments, and complaints
- Preparing quotes/pricing and processing orders
- Communicate with internal and external stakeholders
- Database Administration
- Other administrative duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Previous customer service experience is required ideally in the manufacturing industry (metals/steel)
- University degree or College Diploma (preferred)
- Ability to build relationships and provide outstanding customer service
- Motivated, persistent, and a self-starter
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and negotiation abilities
- Outstanding people skills, sense of urgency, and ability to take initiative
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM software
- Ability to pass a criminal background check
