Inside Sales Representative

Are you a self-motivated, driven, tenacious inside sales representative with outstanding people skills? Do you enjoy building relationships? Do you have previous experience in the manufacturing or metal/steel industry as an inside sales representative or counter sales representative?

Responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer service via email as well as over the phone
- Building relationships with customers including order entry, returns, credits/adjustments, and complaints
- Preparing quotes/pricing and processing orders
- Communicate with internal and external stakeholders
- Database Administration
- Other administrative duties as assigned

Qualifications
- Previous customer service experience is required ideally in the manufacturing industry (metals/steel)
- University degree or College Diploma (preferred)
- Ability to build relationships and provide outstanding customer service
- Motivated, persistent, and a self-starter
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and negotiation abilities
- Outstanding people skills, sense of urgency, and ability to take initiative
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM software
- Ability to pass a criminal background check
