This exciting new opportunity as a Inside Sales Representative is with a well established electrical company in Ottawa. As the Inside Sales representative you put customer needs and experience first, while handling orders, pricing, and supporting the rest of the team!

Responsibilities
- Handle calls, emails, and walkins
- Answer questions and advise on products
- Handle customer requests; orders, billing, pricing, credits, escalations, claims
- Participate in training sessions, tradeshows, branch and sales meetings
- Support the account managers, and other sales teams
- Communicate relevant information to the Branch Manager
Qualifications
- 2 + years relevant Inside Sales experience
- Electrical or Data and communications product knowledge is an great asset
- Ability to problem solve and be solutions oriented
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Strong willingness to learn
- Excellent customer relationship building skills
