Responsibilities
- Respond to inbound calls and email inquiries from existing and potential clients.
- Identify customer needs and offer tailored solutions.
- Process orders and ensure efficient follow-up throughout the process.
- Collaborate with the sales team to maximize business opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through clear, regular communication.
- Meet and exceed monthly and annual sales targets.
- Keep customer records up to date and accurate in the CRM system.

Qualifications
- Previous experience in sales or customer service (a plus, but not essential).
- Strong communication skills, especially in French, both verbal and written.

- Proficiency with computer tools and basic knowledge of CRM systems.
- A positive, results-driven attitude.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to solve issues effectively.
