Responsibilities
Develop and maintain long-term relationships with current and potential customers.

Order taking and follow-up in the internal ERP system

Act as liaison between customers and internal departments such as Sales, Credit, Production, and Purchasing. to offer a complete and quality customer service

Provide support to sales representatives for order entry, quotations and necessary follow-ups.

Promote the company's various products and services.

Qualifications
Minimum 3 years' experience in a B2B customer service environment

Bilingualism (spoken and written French and English).

Good knowledge of Microsoft suite (Excel).

Excellent communication skills.

Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task.
