Responsibilities
Responsibilities for this Inside Sales Representative role are:
- Taking and following up customer orders by telephone, in person and by e-mail
- Quoting and invoicing
- After-sales service to ensure impeccable customer retention
- Up-selling on incoming calls
Qualifications
Qualifications required to be considered for this role:
- Minimum 3 years experience in a similar role (all industries)
- Experience with order entry software (SAP - ERP - EDI - CRM) MANDATORY
- Fluent French, intermediate English accepted
- Ability to learn quickly and work independently
- Ability to work meticulously to ensure flawless customer service
