Inside Sales Representative

Base Salary at 50K + Commission for the first year
5 consecutive days per week
Comprehensive Group Insurance including telemedicine (after 3 months)
Group Retirement Savings Plan and Reimbursement allowance for sport activities (after 6 months)

Responsibilities
Greet customers who come to the office and answer their questions;
Identify customers' needs in order to propose a project that reflects their image;
Present the different models available and their options;
Draft sales contracts;
Keep customer files up to date and follow up with them as needed;
And, of course, all this surrounded by a team of specialists, because teamwork is a priority.

Qualifications
Fluently Bilingual in French and English
Experience in selling personalized services or residential products in a competitive market with a long sales cycle
Experience in B2C sales
Ability to read technical drawings or specifications (asset)
Passion for helping others realize their dreams
