Responsibilities
Wondering what your main responsibilities will be in this role?
- Responding to contractors' inquiries by phone, email, and in person;
- Processing current orders and following up on pending requests;
- Promoting various products and engaging in cross-selling;
- Maintaining inventory;
- Overseeing the showroom;
- Performing other related tasks.
Qualifications
The profile we are looking for includes:
- A minimum of two (2) years of experience in technical sales/customer service;
- Relevant training in the electric motor field or any combination of experience and knowledge related to the industry;
- Strong communication skills, interpersonal skills, and the ability to work in a team;
- Proficiency with computer software (CRM, MS Office, etc.)
- Bilingualism (an asset).
