Position: Inside Sales Representative
Employment Type: Contract and Permanent

Responsibilities
Proactively reach out to potential customers via phone, email, and online platforms to generate new leads and build strong relationships.
Qualify inbound leads and convert them into sales opportunities.
Understand customer needs and requirements to effectively pitch products or services.
Conduct product presentations and demonstrations remotely.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.
Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Collaborate with outside sales, marketing, and customer service teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Follow up on quotes, proposals, and pending deals to close sales in a timely manner.
Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, industry trends, and competitor offerings.
Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues to ensure high satisfaction and retention.
Qualifications
Proven experience in inside sales, customer service, or a related role (1–3 years preferred).
Strong phone presence and excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Comfortable making dozens of outbound calls daily and managing multiple leads simultaneously.
Ability to build rapport quickly and maintain long-term client relationships.
Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Experience using CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales tools.
Highly organized with strong attention to detail and time management skills.
Self-motivated and driven to succeed in a fast-paced environment.
Basic understanding of sales techniques and customer engagement strategies.
High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education in business, marketing, or a related field is a plus.
