Responsibilities
-Collaborate with customers to identify their needs and address any service-related concerns.
-Deliver comprehensive answers and recommendations to prospects, leveraging in-depth knowledge of our product offerings.
-Support customers with paperwork to facilitate sales and ensure seamless transactions.
-Keep abreast of competitor products to provide accurate comparisons as required.
-Maintain and enhance the company’s customer database, ensuring all information is current and accurate.
-Understand and apply appropriate pricing policies and procedures.
-Foster and sustain strong relationships with manufacturer representatives.
-Develop and cultivate lasting relationships with both existing and potential customers.
Qualifications
-Previous experience in sales, specifically in the spray foam, protective coatings, and contractor equipment sectors.
-Solid technical understanding of these products and their applications.
-Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
-Skilled at analyzing customer needs and providing customized solutions.
-Proactive mindset toward customer service and sales initiatives.
