- A salary starting at $25/hour
- A stable schedule from Monday to Friday from 9 to 5 (and 1 hour of remote work on Saturday and Sunday)

Responsibilities
The responsibilities for this Inside Sales and Market Development role are :
In winter:
- Support to the sales team
- File management and follow-up
- Call and call-back of customers to answer their questions and offer excellent customer service
- Sales calls for customer loyalty
- Sending and follow-up of renewal invoices
- Work on CRM software for payments and billing follow-up
In summer:
- Sale of new packages
- Prospecting for new customers
- Cold calling and warm calling
Qualifications
What you need to apply to the role of Inside Sales and Market Development Agent:
- Experience as a salesperson and/or account manager
- Good active listening skills
- Innate versatility and attention to detail
- Fluent French and advanced intermediate English
- Experience with SAP or CRM software will be a strong asset
- Ability to work in a dynamic environment and multitask.
