Responsibilities
Responsibilities could include but are not limited to:
Reporting to a Team Lead, providing updates and status, tracking time against work items
Adhering to governance, standards and best practices of the software platform
Document systems design, concepts and facilities, present and obtain approval for detailed system design.
Define and document all systems components, their interfaces and operational environment.
Define data structures and files, sub-systems and modules, programs, batch, online, production monitoring procedures, testing strategy and systems.
Analyze and resolve configuration issues in a timely manner.
Investigates, troubleshoots, and resolves problems within Legacy applications, services, and integrations.
Analyze functional requirements to identify information, procedures and decisions flows and recommend alternatives for solutions.
Ensures accuracy and integrity of data and applications through analysis, clear documentation, and problem resolution.
Performs break/fix support, regression testing, and supports the inbound/outbound interfaces to various systems and middleware.
Develops test plans and test cases.
Create, update and maintain procedures and standards.

Infor Application Suite Required
5+ years of experience with the Infor Application Suite
Analyst works with clients and team members to analyze, plan, design, develop and maintain applications associated to the Infor Application Suite. The Infor Application Suite includes Human Resource Management and Finance Systems using the applicable technologies (Talent Management, Global HR, Lawson Finance S3, WorkForce Management, LBI and Smart Notes, Smart Office, Infor Process Designer, Infor Security Administrator, d/EPM COBOL).
The Analyst may also act as a technical specialist to a project required to produce deliverables associated to all aspects of the Software Development Life Cycle while adhering to governance, standards, and best practices of the Infor Platform.
The Analyst may also provide technical, design, and architectural support to other team members, they may lead smaller projects or assist in the coordination of related activities across various functional areas.
