Pay - $40-$45/hr
Location - Mississauga, ON

Responsibilities
1) Maintaining and repairing production equipment, including conveyors, ovens, mixers, and packaging lines, to ensure minimal downtime.
2) Diagnosing mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic issues and performing corrective actions efficiently.
3) Collaborating closely with other maintenance team members, operators, and supervisors to coordinate repairs and support continuous improvement efforts.
4) Performing preventative maintenance tasks according to schedule, ensuring the reliability and longevity of all machinery.
5) Adhering to safety protocols and food safety standards, keeping detailed records of maintenance activities and equipment performance.
Qualifications
- 433A Industrial Millwright
- 3-5 Years experience in a manufacturing environment , preferably food / bakery manufacturing experience
- Mechanical Preventative Maintenance & Troubleshooting/Repairs
- Ability to diagnose issues under pressure, communicate clearly with production teams, and document repairs
- Experience in a facility with automated machinery is a plus!
- Familiarity with food industry regulations (like GMPs, HACCP, or SQF) and working in sanitary environments is a big plus!
