Advantages
- Day Shift - 7am-4:30pm
- Pay - Licensed/Dual Ticket $48-$53 per hour OR Unlicensed $35/hr

Responsibilities
1) Install, maintain, and repair industrial machinery and mechanical equipment used in brick/concrete manufacturing, including conveyors, curers, block machines, silos, mixers, and packaging systems.
2) Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance to ensure optimal performance and minimize downtime of automated equipment.
3) Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues, particularly those involving PLC-controlled systems, and make necessary adjustments or repairs.
4) Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals to understand equipment layout and functions.
5) Collaborate with electricians and automation technicians to ensure seamless integration and performance of PLC-based systems.
6) Fabricate, weld, and modify parts when necessary to maintain or improve machine function.
7) Maintain detailed maintenance records and document all repairs and adjustments.
8) Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a clean, organized work environment.
9) Support continuous improvement initiatives by identifying and suggesting enhancements to equipment performance and reliability.
10) Respond to emergency maintenance requests to quickly restore production operations with minimal interruption.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2-3 years experience in a similar industry or 5+ years experience in a manufacturing setting
- Valid 433A Industrial Millwright License OR Dual Ticketed is HIGIHLY Preferred
