Shift - Straight DAYS Monday-Thursday 6am-4:30pm

Responsibilities
- Perform MIG and TIG welding, fabricating parts, and interpreting blueprints and drawings for custom projects
- Operate and maintain lathe and milling machines
- Work with hydraulic systems, troubleshooting and performing preventive maintenance
- Repair and maintain belts, gearboxes, cutting machines, and other manufacturing equipment
- Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical issues to ensure minimal downtime
- Collaborate with team members to meet production targets and uphold safety standards
- Communicate with vendors + suppliers
Qualifications
- 433a Millwright License or experience equivalent
- Proven experience in welding (MIG/TIG), fabrication, machining (lathe/mill), and hydraulic systems
- Strong troubleshooting skills with at least 5 years hands on experience in manufacturing
- Ability to create and interpret technical drawings and schematics
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Flexibility to work on Fridays/Weekends *ONLY for emergencies
