We are seeking a skilled Millwright to join our team in Concord, ON. The ideal candidate will have a strong mechanical background and be capable of handling machine breakdowns efficiently. This role involves fabricating and modifying machine parts, creating standard machine tooling, and ensuring equipment operates at peak efficiency using workshop equipment, including Lathe and Milling machines. The Millwright will also be responsible for inventory management, ordering spare parts, and ensuring that preventative maintenance (PM) is executed to minimize downtime. Additionally, candidates must be able to read blueprints and maintain detailed records in activity logs.

*Strong understanding of machinery and mechanical systems.
*Proficiency in inventory management and ordering spare parts.
*Experience in executing preventative maintenance (PM) programs and ensuring equipment reliability.
*Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings accurately.
*Strong organizational skills, with attention to detail in logging maintenance activities.
Qualifications

*More than 5 years experience in a manufacturing environment
*3+ years experience in the metal/ fabrication industry
