Responsibilities
Perform preventive maintenance, complete reports, and ensure compliance with safety and food safety regulations.
Utilize mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic skills to troubleshoot and repair production machinery.
Read equipment manuals and work orders to guide maintenance tasks.
Use hand and power tools, electric meters, and material handling equipment for repairs.
Inspect and test systems using various testing devices to diagnose and fix faults.
Repair and calibrate components like sensors, transmitters, and PLCs.
Consult manuals, diagrams, and blueprints to determine maintenance procedures for instruments measuring flow, level, pressure, temperature, and other variables.
Qualifications
442A License
Electro-Mechanical education
3+ years Food / Packaging Industry experience
PLC and Industrial Automation experience
Ability to read and understand technical drawings.
Experience with Microsoft Office related applications i.e. Excel, Outlook is required.
