Responsibilities
• Develop and maintain expert knowledge of compensation programs and operational guidelines.
• Administer incentive compensation for multiple roles.
• Prepare and validate compensation files for accurate and timely processing and payment.
• Maintain and process employee hierarchy and transit files.
• Process and adjudicate adjustments, referrals, and escalations.
• Collaborate with partners on compensation requests outside of guidelines.
• Champion continuous improvement by recommending procedural and operational enhancements.
• Investigate and respond to inquiries from sales force and business partners.
• Provide subject matter expertise and support on projects.
• Elevate team performance by sharing learnings and best practices.
• Present information related to financial planning programs to advisors and business partners.
Qualifications
• 1-3 years of experience in a service operations environment.
• Financial industry experience is required.
• Strong time management, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience with issue resolution and conducting investigations.
• Ability to operate efficiently within deadlines and changing priorities.
• Experience working in the financial services industry and/or experience with financial planning or commercial services is an asset.
• Fluency in English and French is a plus.
