Responsibilities
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries addressing questions about order status, delivery times, and more
- Assist in processing import orders, ensuring all required documentation is accurate and complete
- Collaborate with logistics teams to track shipments, resolve delays, and communicate updated timelines to customers
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to shipments, discrepancies, delays, and other import-related concerns
- Provide customers with updates on the status of their orders, shipping delays, and any other relevant information
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, order details, and shipment statuses in the CRM/Salesforce database
Qualifications
- Based in or around Montreal
- Experience with imports is required
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to multi-task time sensitive issues
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Well organized, ability to handle stress & meet tight deadlines
- Bilingual (French & English) an asset
