About the Role:
As an Onboarding Consulting Lead, you will play a critical role in overseeing the Business User Onboarding team, ensuring a smooth and positive experience for clients. You will support the onboarding process, focusing on training and managing team members, as well as generating reports and insights to improve performance. Lead and support the Business User Onboarding Team, overseeing the entire client journey and experience.
Build and develop the team, participating in hiring, training, and identifying high-potential staff.

Train team members to deliver high-quality customer service.
Contribute to the creation and implementation of onboarding tools, processes, and improvements.
Work closely with cross-functional teams (Engineering, Product, Sales) to align team efforts and enhance the overall client experience.
Help scale and design processes to streamline onboarding for business users.
Qualifications:
2+ years of experience managing an onboarding team in a SaaS environment.
Post-secondary education or equivalent experience.
Experience implementing SaaS or similar products for large enterprise clients.
Familiarity with accounting ERPs such as NetSuite, Business Central, Sage Intacct, QuickBooks, or Xero.
Ability to quickly learn new technologies and tools.
Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
Well-developed interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate across teams and all management levels.
Previous experience in financial services or FinTech is highly desirable.
