Responsibilities
•Support the Project Manager in executing the project mandate by applying technical expertise and leadership skills.
•Lead a team of subject matter experts, business analysts, and vendor resources to ensure alignment with project goals and objectives.
•Coordinate technical implementation activities to support the successful deployment of a new SaaS-based Computer-Assisted Mass Appraisal (CAMA) solution.
•Facilitate and moderate project meetings, ensuring that accurate meeting minutes are produced and shared.
•Track and manage day-to-day project tasks to ensure timely and in-scope delivery of project milestones.
•Proactively identify project issues and risks, propose mitigation strategies, and escalate to the Project Manager as needed.
•Maintain and update the project implementation plan, tracking progress and highlighting any deviations to leadership.
•Prepare and deliver detailed project status reports and maintain project management tools such as action trackers, issue logs, and risk registers.
•Ensure effective collaboration and communication with internal and external stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
•Motivate and guide the project team to meet delivery deadlines and maintain progress in a fast-paced and evolving project environment.
Qualifications
MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS
•A bachelor's degree in computer science or a related discipline, along with a minimum of eight (8) years of experience in information technology or information management-related work.
•6+ years demonstrated experience working on a project for technical implementation/upgrade/migration/transformation.
•6+ years demonstrated experience in engaging with subject matter experts, business teams, and vendors to achieve the desired outcomes of assigned tasks.
•Demonstrated experience in project management for Property Assessment information systems, including Computer Assisted Mass Appraisal (CAMA) projects specific to service delivery agencies and government entities
SCORED REQUIREMENTS
•6+ years demonstrated experience in a leading role to ensure the delivery of project and operational deliverables.
•6+ years demonstrated experience working within a team environment where the candidate was required to perform tasks in a combination of collaborative and autonomous modes.
•4 years demonstrated experience working with the Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Power BI) in managing assigned tasks and producing status reports.
•Demonstrated experience with at least one (1) cloud SaaS implementation with significant business transformation would be an asset.
