Responsibilities
-Provide technical support customers adopting a new solution or product, assisting with system integration, technical setup, and managing expectations
-Excellent in Linux or Unix operating systems and related programming languages is required, while experience with JSON and XML transactions is a plus.
-Ensure a seamless and positive customer experience throughout the implementation process by applying best practices in customer interactions.
-Work with the ePMO intake and UAT teams to ensure timely delivery and execution excellence.
-Collaborate closely with internal Engineering team to understand proposed and documented solutions.
Qualifications
-A Bachelor's degree or College diploma in Computer Science or a related field is required.
-A minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role is necessary.
-Excellent oral and written communication skills are essential.
-Strong customer service skills are a must.
-Proficiency in Linux or Unix operating systems and relevant programming languages is required.
-Experience with JSON and XML transactions is a plus.
-Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications is required.
-Familiarity with customer loan origination systems is an advantage.
