Job Title: Millwright
Company: Randstad
Shift: Bi-weekly rotation days and nights- 12-hour shifts
Pay rate: $44.86/ hr + shift premiums ( Night - $1.20 and Weekend - $2 )

Provide mechanical support across all departments to ensure smooth facility operations
Perform preventative maintenance to reduce equipment downtime and prevent premature failures
Maintain a safe and efficient work environment by ensuring all equipment is properly serviced
Troubleshoot mechanical issues to minimize production delays and optimize manufacturing output
Collaborate with multiple departments to promote teamwork and continuous process improvement
Document and report concerns to supervisors through daily verbal and written reports
Maintain and service processing and packaging equipment to ensure optimal performance
Ensure all machinery meets GMP standards for safety, quality, and regulatory compliance
Provide detailed shift reports, including parts usage, downtime tracking, and root cause analysis
Uphold food safety, quality, and compliance standards in all maintenance activities
Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and adhere to GMP, health, and safety regulations
Qualifications
Valid 433A Millwright License or an equivalent certification from another province or country
Certificate of Qualification as an Ontario Industrial Mechanic Millwright preferred
Strong mechanical aptitude and hands-on dexterity for troubleshooting and equipment maintenance
High school diploma or equivalent education required
Must provide proof of valid license from any province or country to be considered
