Position: Hybrid Claims Examiner
Start Date: January 13th and January 20th, 2025

Responsibilities
- Review, investigate, and adjudicate Canadian Health and Dental claims in line with Group policy contracts.
- Conduct phone calls to health and dental service providers for missing or incomplete claims information.
- Make accurate payment decisions based on adjudication guidelines.
- Uphold and demonstrate our core values: Customer View, Integrity, Partnership, and Communities.
Qualifications
- Minimum keyboarding speed of 40 words per minute; ability to manage large volumes of work with high accuracy.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proven organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work both independently with minimal supervision and collaboratively in a team.
- Reliable team member with a strong attendance record.
- Customer service-focused with a passion for helping others.
- Ability to thrive in a purpose-driven and vision-oriented environment
