Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities with building owners, engineers and contractors;
- Conduct sales call, presentations and meetings to promote HVAC solutions;
- Prepare and submit bids, proposals, and pricing for projects;
- manage full cycle, from prospecting to contact negotiation and close;
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless project delivery;
-Stay up to date with industry trends, regulations and emerging technologies;
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in HVAC sales, technical sales or related fields;
- Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, water process solutions, or mechanical systems;
- Proven tract record of building relationships and closing deals;
- Ability to thrive in a startup environment - self motivated, adaptable and proactive;
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills;
- Experience working with contractors, engineers and building owners is a plus.
