Responsibilities
In this role you will have the following responsibilities:
- Oversee the complete recruitment cycle, from needs assessment to employee onboarding
- Implement HR standards throughout the organization
- Assist employees by addressing their inquiries and providing support
- Act as the main HR contact for all staff members
- Provide strategic guidance to managers and serve as an HR resource
- Contribute to the creation of recruitment strategies
- Manage documentation related to contracts and service agreements
- Inspire your team and colleagues to uphold best practices in HR management
- Handle labor relations, including conflict resolution
- Work collaboratively with project and sales teams
- Perform additional related responsibilities as needed
Qualifications
You must have the following qualifications
- Education in HR
- Have a minimum of 6 years of experience in a similar role in the manufacturing or retail industry
- You must be bilingual
