Responsibilities
-Build positive employee relationships by overseeing onboarding, engagement, and retention efforts that enhance workplace satisfaction and productivity
-Drive recruitment strategies to attract skilled professionals who align with organizational objectives
-Oversee the efficient operation of HR systems to maintain accurate and accessible record
-Ensure compliance with employment laws and standards by staying informed on regulatory changes and implementing necessary updates
-Assess organizational training requirements and develop programs that support employee development and career advancement
-Take on new responsibilities as they emerge, contributing to the organization's success in a dynamic environment.
Qualifications
-Post-secondary qualification in Human Resources Management or a related field; a CPHR or similar designation is an asset.
-A minimum of 5 years in progressive HR roles within fast-paced, collaborative, and client-focused environments.
-Strong verbal and written communication abilities, with a talent for delivering clear and concise presentations.
-Proactive ownership of projects, meticulous attention to detail, and effective planning in a high-performance setting.
-Experience with HRIS, payroll, benefits portals, and MS 365/Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams, PowerBI).
-Ability to thrive in evolving business contexts and adapt to shifting priorities.
-A steadfast commitment to ethical practices, confidentiality, and professionalism.
