Responsibilities
- Coordinate recruitment processes, from posting job listings to interview scheduling.
- Facilitate smooth employee onboarding and offboarding experiences.
- Maintain employee records, HR documentation, and compliance-related files.
- Support performance management and training initiatives.
- Assist with employee engagement and retention programs.
- Provide administrative support to HR leadership and cross-functional teams.
Qualifications
- 2-3 years of experience in HR or administrative roles.
- Bachelors degree in Human Resource Management or Business Administration or related fields.
