Responsibilities
- Plan, coordinate, and direct administrative functions of the organization.
- Oversee recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
- Promote a positive corporate culture by addressing employee concerns and driving training and development initiatives.
- Manage performance reviews and compensation strategies to ensure competitiveness.
- Contribute to maintaining an efficient, well-trained, and motivated workforce.
- Foster collaboration and operational excellence throughout the organization.
Qualifications
- University studies in a relevant field (administration, management, human resources).
- Expertise in logistics, supply chain, or warehouse/3PL environments preferred.
- Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
- Highly developed knowledge of workplace health and safety standards.
- Ability to adapt to change and demonstrate flexibility in a fast-paced environment.
