Responsibilities
• Manage HR technology projects from inception through to successful completion.
• Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets, and ensure alignment with strategic business objectives.
• Act as the key liaison between HR, Payroll, IT, and external vendors, ensuring all project milestones are met.
• Lead risk management activities, identifying potential issues and developing mitigation strategies.
• Communicate effectively with all levels of leadership and stakeholders about project status and future steps.
• Drive process improvements and system efficiencies within the HR technology framework.
• Oversee the successful integration and deployment of new HR systems and upgrades.
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Human Resources, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT project management, preferably with a focus on HRIS or enterprise systems.
• Experience with HR technology platform UKG Pro is mandatory; desirable to also have experience with iCIMS, Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, or ADP.
• Strong project management skills, with certifications like PMP, CAPM, or CSM highly regarded.
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management abilities, with a proven track record in leading cross-functional teams.
