Responsibilities
• Collaborate closely with stakeholders to identify and document precise business requirements for HR technology projects.
• Recommend and implement technology-driven solutions to enhance efficiency, automation, and system compliance.
• Act as the crucial link between HR, Payroll, IT, and external vendors, ensuring business and technical needs are met.
• Translate business requirements into functional and technical specifications, setting the stage for successful system implementations.

• Participate in project management activities, ensuring timely delivery of HR technology initiatives.
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field.
• Over 5 years of experience in HRIS business analysis or HR technology projects.
• Demonstrated proficiency with HRIS platform UKG Pro is mandatory; desired to also have experience with iCIMS, or Workday.
• Strong skills in system integrations, data structures, and HR process automation.
• Proficient in documentation, functional specifications, and business process mapping.
• Familiarity with reporting and data analysis tools, like Cognos BI, SQL, or Power BI.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
