Responsibilities
Documenting employment law requirements across multiple jurisdictions.
Recommending regulatory requirements that warrant having control to mitigate regulatory risk.
Qualifications
Must Have Requirement:
1. Experience with employment law – 2 years
2. Previous experience as Law clerk – 2 years
3. MS office and Excel (intermediate) experience – 2 years
4. Research and analysis experience – 2 years
5. Documentation skills – 2 years
6. Time and self- management
7. Strong communication skills
8. Attention to detail
9. Managing large volume of complex information & the ability to convey it to others, verbally & in written form
Nice to Have:
1. Experience in comprehending data in Spanish
2. Experience in HR functions
3. Working in a large organization
