Address: 1200 Forest St, Eau Claire, WI 54703,
Schedule: Flexible, but must be able to do 8 hour days. Part time and full time availability will be considered
- 8am-5pm
Pay: $22/hr
Start date: January 2025

Being an intern or student at Cascades is a unique opportunity to define your interests and discover your passion within the team of ROXANE SAVARIA, as our new HR Intern- January 2025:

Support the HR Manager in clerical tasks such as hiring, data change, payroll information, filing.
Bring new ideas to help on employee engagement.
Overseeing overall HR functions in the plant
Draft, correct and format various documents: appointment notices, presentations, memos, etc
Helping HR Managers with projects related to recruitment, onboarding, safety and more

Pursuit of a degree in Human resources, or other related disciplines
Experience with Microsoft programs, such as Excel.
Detail oriented, with strong listening skills.
A questioning mindset, the desire to ask for clarification of our processes to gain a deeper understanding.
Highly organized, problem solving, analytical and focused.
