Responsibilities
Recruitment Support: Post job openings, screen resumes, schedule interviews, and coordinate candidate communications.
Onboarding: Coordinate new hire paperwork, orientations, and training sessions.
Offboarding: Process terminations, conduct exit interviews, and ensure smooth offboarding.
Employee Relations: Address employee inquiries, assist with conflict resolution, and support investigations.
Benefits Administration: Assist with enrollment, changes, and terminations, and liaise with benefit providers.
Record Management: Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases.
Reporting & Data Analysis: Generate reports and provide HR-related data analysis.
HR Projects: Support initiatives like policy development, compliance audits, and employee engagement.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree: In human resources or a related field.
Experience: 1+ years of HR-related experience.
Software Proficiency: Skilled in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word.
HR Certification (Preferred): PHR, SPHR, SHRM-SCP, or similar certification.
Workday Experience (Preferred): Familiarity with Workday HR software.
Conflict Resolution Skills: Ability to apply conflict resolution methods and consensus-building skills.
Organizational Skills: Strong ability to multitask and prioritize in a dynamic environment.
Summary
The HR Generalist plays a key role in supporting the organization's human resources functions, ensuring smooth and efficient HR operations. Reporting directly to the HR Manager, this position is responsible for recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, benefits administration, and HR compliance. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of HR best practices, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build positive relationships across all levels of the organization. This role provides a great opportunity for professional growth and hands-on experience in a dynamic work environment.
