Our client in the manufacturing industry is currently seeking a Human Resources Coordinator to join their dynamic team. This full-time, permanent position is based on-site five days a week, supporting a fast-paced and collaborative work environment. As the HR Coordinator, you will play a key role in supporting the planning, development, and implementation of employee relations strategies, policies, and procedures. You will serve as a trusted resource for team members, supervisors, and managers, offering guidance and support on a wide range of HR-related matters.

Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
Act as a resource for employees and leadership regarding employee relations concerns.
Provide coaching and consultation to leadership on the interpretation and application of HR policies and procedures.
Support and administer disciplinary processes related to attendance, performance, and conduct.
Draft and edit reports, recommend resolutions, and communicate findings to stakeholders.
Ensure thorough research of HR matters, with timely preparation and issuance of responses.
Mediate and resolve employee-employer issues, facilitating mutually agreeable outcomes.
Monitor and support the accommodation process in accordance with ESA and Human Rights legislation.
Qualifications
Qualifications:
Minimum of 3 years of demonstrated work experience in a Human Resources role, in areas of labour relations.
Post-secondary education in Human Resources or a related field.
CHRP designation is considered an asset.
Experience in a manufacturing environment is an asset.
