Responsibilities
As the sole person in HR, you will support the site through full-cycle recruitment, in collaboration with the Hiring Managers.
Develop, implement and refine HR strategies and policies, in accordance with the strategies and goals set out by the business.
Work closely with Managers and Supervisors to under their teams, support them through any performance challenges, and be available to offer guidance when requested.
Manage and organize onboarding and offboarding of new and departing employees.
Organize, coordinate, and execute employee engagement events and activities.
Maintain records of employee data (personal information, leaves, turnover rates, training etc.) in the database.
Other projects and duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or similar field (or equivalent experience).
CHRP/CHRL designation is preferred.
At least three years’ experience working in an HR role.
Knowledge of HR systems and databases.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-service focus.
