Responsibilities
What you will do:
Identify prospects in need of temporary staffing and direct hire services and solutions.
Build strong relationships with hiring managers through phone, text, email, social media, and in-person interactions.
Execute activities to achieve results (lots of cold calls, virtual meetings, and on-site client meetings).
Negotiate pricing to ensure maximum return on quality solutions.
Expand our reach through both technological and personal approaches.
Qualifications
What you must bring:
1 to 3 years of experience in sales and business development
You have a proven track record of being the best in everything you've done in the past
Ability to communicate with others via phone, video, social media, and in-person meetings
Previous experience working in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment
Experience delivering results in a performance-driven environment
Passion for results, resilience, self-confidence, and a desire to do exceptional work
You demonstrate a natural curiosity and unwavering determination to get things done – you love to WIN!
Must be able to work in the office at least 2 days per week
The role requires the consultant to visit client sites, some of which may be in areas where public transportation is not available.
