Do you enjoy working with people and playing a crucial part in the company's culture? Do you have your own vehicle, are ok with commuting to Rosenort on a daily basis, and can pass a criminal background check?

Responsibilities
- Working closely with other business leaders and develop HR Strategies
- Develop and implement HR programs and initiatives
- Leading and developing the HR team
- Employee relations, performance management, conflict resolutions
- Creating a positive and engaging work environment and focus on employee satisfaction and retention
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3+ years experience as a HR Business Parter
- Previous manufacturing or farm equipment experience would be considered an asset
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration with a focus on HR is needed and CPHR designation would be considered an asset
- Excellent interpersonal, counseling, and negotiation skills
- Professionalism, ability to work with confidential information
- Thorough knowledge of employment-related laws and regulations. recruitment, performance management as well as experience working with an ATS and HRIS
- Valid driver’s license required and ability to pass a criminal background check
